Presentation tip: start with the solution

Sharing a presentation tip I recommend when presenting to senior stakeholders, whether it’s a Product Review, leadership sync, and beyond. Most people learn to present a problem, then a solution. An effective, concise way is to start with the solution and append your “because.” e.g.
